    We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Accounting Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to track and manage financial transactions.

    • Code invoices and verify their compliance with company policies.

    • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including maintaining files and preparing reports.

    • Communicate effectively in Spanish for various business purposes, including written and verbal correspondence.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.

    • Participate in meetings and provide insights to improve accounting procedures.

    • Assist with resolving discrepancies and troubleshooting financial issues.

    • Uphold business casual professionalism during all interactions and tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual Spanish required

    • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Strong experience with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping.

    • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks software.

    • Ability to code invoices accurately and efficiently.

    • Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak professionally.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
