Description
An organization in the Strip District is in need of a Payroll Administrator:
The position is primary 100% onsite with an opportunity of 1 day from one once up and trained.
The role is temporary to hire and parking is free
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
+ Support processing of semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1,500 employees
+ Multi-state payroll processing
+ Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and approving timecards between payroll runs
+ Collaborate with internal departments and managers to ensure timely and accurate payroll data entry, audits, and approvals
+ Coordinate with HR and Benefits to address employee inquiries, deductions, garnishments, and tax updates
+ Assist with year-end processing, including W-2 generation, audit support, and reconciliation of payroll accounts

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months or more in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in handling payroll for over 500 employees, preferably across multiple states.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Infor Lawson and ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
