Description We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys with case management and legal proceedings. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in civil litigation and personal injury cases who are ready to contribute to a dynamic and detail-oriented services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with managing a caseload of approximately 10 active cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

• Prepare and organize case files, including discovery documents, pleadings, and other legal paperwork.

• Handle electronic filing tasks using platforms such as Filevine and Dropbox, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

• Conduct research and gather information relevant to personal injury and civil litigation cases.

• Support attorneys during litigation processes, including drafting correspondence and maintaining communication with clients.

• Collaborate on discovery processes, including assembling evidence and preparing responses.

• Maintain updated case management records in appropriate software systems.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

• Ensure compliance with Colorado-specific legal procedures and requirements.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in civil litigation or personal injury cases.

• Proficiency in e-filing systems and case management software.

• Familiarity with Colorado legal processes and filing requirements.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work on-site in Denver, Colorado three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

• Experience supporting attorneys with discovery and litigation tasks.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
