Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. This Contract-to-continuing position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-end retail organization by managing commission calculations, payroll processes, and sales team reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in payroll systems and Excel tools.

Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day preparation, review, and submission of bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada employees

• Proficiency in calculating and managing the payment of monthly sales commission

• Collaborate with LVMH Shared Services to ensure payroll changes are documented and processed in a timely manner, balance and handle out of sequence payrolls as needed, review disability file and process payments, etc.

• Partner with internal Finance team regarding all payroll related requests, invoices, fundings, and reporting.

• Conduct periodic payroll audits

• Participate in various ad-hoc and routine projects and requests as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years hands on FP& A or HR and Payroll experience

• International and Domestic Payroll experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Customer service focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Knowledge of payroll taxation laws

• Excellent excel skills a must

• Experience implementing payroll and time & attendance systems

• US work authorization required
