Description We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Beachwood, Ohio. This position focuses on providing expert-level support for Oracle Cloud applications, particularly within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating system configurations, improving workflows, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including order management, inventory handling, shipping execution, and accounts receivable.

• Optimize and manage orchestration flows in Oracle Cloud, including editing configurations and recommending improvements.

• Assess and refine existing system designs and setups to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with finance teams, IT stakeholders, and developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Identify and address process inefficiencies, testing issues, and system errors to enhance performance.

• Provide training and guidance to business users on Oracle Order Management and Cloud Orchestration best practices.

• Support functional configuration updates and reconfigurations as needed.

• Deliver strategic and hands-on support while working independently with minimal supervision. Requirements • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud applications, specifically Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and Receivables modules.

• Proven ability to manage and edit orchestration flows within Oracle Cloud.

• Strong expertise in analyzing system configurations and recommending improvements.

• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, credit checks, and Oracle Pricing.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.

• Solid understanding of configuration management and Salesforce development.

• Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents.
