Description
We are looking for a dedicated Business Administrator to join our client's team in Auburn, WA. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual capable of managing billing processes, financial reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage billing procedures, including invoice preparation and collection processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve any billing or administrative issues.
• Perform financial reporting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, data analysis, and communication purposes.
• Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Troubleshoot administrative and operational challenges, providing effective solutions.
• Support human resources administration and assist with project management tasks.
• Review and update office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Forecast expenses and provide insights to support financial planning.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, accounts payable, and invoice management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, expense tracking, and bookkeeping.
• Ability to manage databases and work with tools like Oracle.
• Experience in human resources administration and project management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve operational issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
