Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering accurate financial insights. As a key contributor to our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and reporting while supporting strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities while adhering to established policies and standards.

• Manage and reconcile complex accounts, including deferred revenue, accruals, intercompany transactions, and equity-related items.

• Analyze financial results and provide insightful variance explanations to executive management and financial planning teams.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, internal management reports, and supporting documentation for stakeholders and auditors.

• Develop detailed audit schedules and act as a primary point of contact during financial statement audits.

• Conduct multi-entity consolidations and create intercompany journal entries to ensure accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with teams across departments, including HR, Sales Ops, and FP& A, to support financial reporting and business operations.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain data integrity as the company grows.

• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of automation tools, workflow systems, and technology enhancements to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA or CPA eligible is preferred.

• Proven experience with month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries.

• Strong skills in account and bank reconciliations, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex accounting issues creatively and effectively.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data.

• Experience working in multi-entity environments and managing intercompany transactions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
