As Finance Director, you’ll lead global financial operations for a $4B alliance with Regeneron, supporting the Dupixent franchise, Kevzara, and Itepekimab. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure, strategic influence, and leadership responsibility.

Main responsibilities
+ Lead all financial operations for the Dupixent, Kevzara, and Itepekimab alliance with Regeneron, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
+ Serve as the primary finance contact for Specialty Care Operations and the Global Kevzara GM.
+ Coach and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
+ Drive alliance governance through leadership roles in key committees (JFC, JCC, JSC).
+ Oversee global consolidation, reporting, and forecasting of alliance financials.
+ Lead system and process improvements, including PowerBI, Plai, and automation initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
About you
+ 10+ years experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to alliance or commercial finance.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
+ Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or CPA preferred.
+ Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with diverse teams.

The salary range for this position is:
$180,000.00 - $260,000.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
