Find out how far your passion can take you!About the Job As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales team by preparing accurate, timely, and policy-compliant quotes for non-standard deals. You’ll collaborate across departments, identify process improvements, and help drive operational excellence. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in sales operations, pricing, and cross-functional communication while continuing to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. What you will do Partner with Sales to deliver high-quality quotes that align with customer and business needs Ensure quotes follow pricing guidelines and include all required documentation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve quote turnaround times Analyze trends and recommend improvements to quoting processes Support consistency and efficiency across global sales operations What you need 3–5 years of sales operations, deal desk, or related business experience Associate’s degree preferred Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Location: Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina hybrid Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The pay range for this position is $53,760 - $92,160 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
