Position Summary

At BRECOflex, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and emotional intelligence . We’re seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer (JME) who is not only technically capable but also values teamwork, communication, and continuous personal and professional growth.

As a Level 1 Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects that improve our manufacturing systems and processes, working closely with engineers, production staff, and quality teams. You’ll be part of a culture that encourages asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from one another. *You’ll receive 6–12 months of hands-on training to build the skills needed to thrive in this role.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, development, and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

• Apply Lean Management principles to real-world production challenges

• Assist in documenting procedures, training materials, and process improvements

• Participate in equipment optimization and troubleshooting

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals

• Learn and apply ISO 9001 standards in daily work

• Communicate progress clearly and respectfully, escalating roadblocks when needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)

• Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to visualize mechanical systems and interpret engineering drawings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor preferred)

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems

• Strong time and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills —you listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively

• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from feedback

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Lean Management principles

• Exposure to ISO 9001 standards

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
