    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workbrain/Infor WFM Reporting and Analytics expert with over 5 years of hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard development. This role will lead strategy and execution of WFM reporting, including the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and analytics primarily within the Infor Workbrain environment. In addition, will also contribute to cross-functional reporting projects, ensuring alignment and flawless execution of HR technology initiatives.

     

    The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Workbrain/Infor WFM reporting tools, a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful, user-friendly reports, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Success in this role requires excellent analytical thinking, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering timely and actionable data that drives strategic workforce decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Workbrain/Infor WFM Reporting:

    + Develop and maintain standard, custom, and advanced Workbrain reports, including dashboards, scorecards, and scheduled reports.

    + Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide insights through data analysis and visualizations.

    + Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Workbrain reports.

    + Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

    + Lead HR technology and reporting-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business goals.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of reporting enhancements, data migrations, and system upgrades.

    + Track project deliverables, create project documentation, and regularly report progress to stakeholders.

    + Act as the point of contact between HR, IT, and other business units for reporting requests and project-related needs.

    + Provide training and support to HR teams and business users on how to effectively use Workbrain reporting tools and interpret data.

    + Identify opportunities to optimize existing Workbrain reports and streamline reporting processes.

    + Stay updated on new Workbrain features, releases, and best practices related to reporting and project management.

    + Recommend and implement improvements to reporting methodologies, data visualization techniques, and user experience.

    Required Qualifications

    + At least 3-5 years of experience with Infor WFM/Workbrain reporting (e.g., creating, editing, and optimizing reports.)

    + Strong understanding of HR & WFM data and reporting requirements.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

    + Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or reporting requests in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience leading HR technology projects or reporting-related projects with cross-functional teams.

    + Experience in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.

    + Experience with other WFM systems including Kronos is a plus.

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, or MS Project).

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $79,310.00 - $158,620.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
