Adecco is assisting one of our top clients in the looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Tucker. This isn't your typical call center job—you'll be the go-to person for our delivery teams, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
+ **Be the backbone for our drivers.** You'll communicate directly with our in-home delivery teams, helping them troubleshoot issues, stay on schedule, and report any unexpected delays.
+ **Support our customers.** When a driver needs help explaining something or a customer is frustrated, you'll step in. You'll act as a calm and confident bridge between the delivery team and the customer, providing clarity and de-escalating issues in both **Spanish and English** .
+ **Assist with real-time operations.** You'll work closely with the Lead CSR to cover phones, track updates, and document issues. You'll also guide second-shift teams through end-of-day check-ins, making sure all items are properly handled before they leave.
What We're Looking For
+ **Bilingual skills are a must.** You need to be fluent in both Spanish and English to communicate with our diverse team and customer base.
+ **A confident communicator.** You should be assertive and able to handle fast-paced, real-time issues over the phone while staying calm and firm.
+ **Dependable and flexible.** You're available on Fridays and Saturdays and are flexible with shifts that may rotate between 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
+ **An understanding of the job.** While you don't need to be an expert, a background in warehouse work, delivery, handyman tasks, or appliance/furniture assembly is a huge plus.
+ **Prior experience** in a similar role like dispatch, delivery, or logistics is preferred, along with familiarity with systems like Descartes or CLX.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
