Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be assisting the department with cataloging files to be archived.

Type: Four month contract

Hours: 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $20/hour

The File Clerk is responsible for retrieving, organizing, and scanning physical files into the electronic record system to support efficient recordkeeping and easy document access. This role ensures that all files are handled securely and accurately in accordance with department procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Pull physical files upon request or as scheduled

+ Scan and upload documents into the electronic filing system

+ Ensure accuracy and clarity of scanned records

+ Maintain the confidentiality and security of all records

+ Organize and return files to proper locations after use

+ Assist with general clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Basic computer and scanning skills

+ Ability to lift and move boxes of files as needed

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
