    Responsibilities for an Accounts Receivable Analyst include but are not limited to:

    + Analyze and reconcile current and delinquent accounts receivable balances

    + Communicate with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies

    + Maintain accuracy of financial data in SAP and A/R systems

    + Generate and review A/R aging reports

    + Lead resolution calls and coordinate with internal teams (Cash Applications, Chargebacks, Project Management)

    + Identify and escalate potential issues or offers to management

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial analytics

    + Strong Excel and analytical skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    + High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)

    + Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

    **Pay Details:** $27.50 to $32.50 per hour
