    NOW HIRING - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ORDER ENTRY) | FLORENCE, SC

    **Pay Rate:** $12/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    Do you have excellent phone skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Florence, SC!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and assist customers in placing orders

    • Accurately enter order details into the system

    • Verify product numbers, pricing, and quantities

    • Deliver friendly, efficient service and resolve customer concerns promptly

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Outstanding phone and communication skills

    • Comfortable working with numbers and ensuring accuracy

    • Organized, dependable, and customer service driven

    • Previous experience in customer service or order entry is a plus
