    Perks:

    • Shift: Monday–Friday 8am - 5pm

    • Weekly paycheck

    • Pay: $95,000 – $110,000+ (commensurate with experience)

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead operational performance across multiple departments, ensuring goals for quality, turnaround time, and adherence are met.

    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Analyze team performance and implement action plans for improvement.

    • Manage internal and external business reviews and quality discussions.

    • Oversee project planning, implementation, and resource allocation.

    • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

    • Utilize data and dashboards to track and report on performance metrics.

    • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    • 10+ years of experience working with leadership in matrix organizations

    • 5+ years in the BPO or healthcare industry

    • 5+ years of experience using operational metrics and analytics to drive performance

    • 5+ years of leadership experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters)

    • Professional fluency in English

    • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed

    **Pay Details:** $95.00 to $110.00 per hour
