    **Job Title:** Special Event Staff – NASCAR Sales Booth

    **Location:** Richmond, VA

    **Event Dates:** Friday, August 15 – Saturday, August 16

    **Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until the work is completed each day)

    **Pay:** $18.00 per hour

    Job Description:

    We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support **special event operations at a NASCAR event** from **August 15–16** in **Richmond, VA** . As a **Special Event Staff Member** , you will assist with **booth setup, item organization, product sales, and customer service** throughout the event.

     

    This is an **outdoor position** , and all staff must be comfortable working in warm temperatures and standing for extended periods. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy fast-paced environments, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting race weekend!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with the setup and breakdown of merchandise booth

    + Organize and gather inventory items for display and sale

    + Greet event attendees and provide excellent customer service

    + Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth appearance

    + Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed

    + Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a team-oriented environment

    Requirements:

    + Must be available both days: **August 15th and 16th**

    + Comfortable working **outdoors in the heat** and on your feet for long hours

    + Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions

    + Prior retail, customer service, or event experience preferred but not required

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
