Adecco is assisting a leading healthcare organization in recruiting for a Front Desk Clinic Assistant in Fort Worth, TX.
This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Clinic Assistant to join a busy healthcare clinic in Fort Worth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
+ Greet patients, check them in and out efficiently and professionally
+ Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff
+ Verify patient information and insurance at check-in
+ Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s system
+ Collect co-pays and provide receipts as necessary
+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
+ Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow
+ Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting strongly preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and electronic medical records (EMR)
+ Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $19.00 per hour
