    Responsibilities for a Licensure Coordinator include but are not limited to:** ** 

    + Review clinician demographics and approve them for import into internal systems

    + Prepare, populate, and print license applications, including communicating with clinicians regarding missing or inconsistent information

    + Complete quality assurance reviews of returned applications and submit finalized packets (including payment) to State boards

    + Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding applications, and perform online and manual payment processing

    + Conduct primary source verification via State board websites

    + Support accreditation application processes such as URAQ and JCAHO

    + Onboard clinicians into licensure systems and complete special audits/reporting as needed

    + Work independently with minimal supervision; may coordinate activities of others

    Candidates for Licensure Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:** ** 

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required

    + 1+ years of experience working with databases or systems to complete repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

    + Experience working under tight deadlines and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong desire and ability to learn new systems and processes

    + Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, credentialing, or licensure support

    **Pay Details:** $21.75 per hour
