Adecco is currently hiring a Paint Technician in Carlsbad, Ca for a reputable manufacturing company with a 4.7-star review on google. Is this the job for you?

Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Paint Technician:

• Apply various types of primers, paints, and Mold-Tech textures using different spray techniques.

• Match textures and colors to Pantone standards or customer-provided samples with accuracy.

• Apply rub-on graphics to painted parts in precise, designated locations as required.

• Perform rework and repairs to enhance the overall quality and finish of painted parts.

• Understand and follow all applicable ISO and QMS (Quality Management System) processes, including any updates, to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

• Contribute to maintaining product and service conformity, product safety, and ethical standards as part of the QMS.

• Adhere to all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and safety protocols in the work area.

• Support and maintain a safe and positive working environment.

Qualifications required are listed below:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in painting and production environments

• Skilled in mixing/blending pigments to match customer specifications

• Familiar with weighing compounds or paints and reading work instructions

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Effective verbal and written communication; team-oriented

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)

• Woodworking experience and good housekeeping habits are a plus

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
