CRST’s Home Solutions - Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Home Solutions is proud to work with retail and client partners to provide convenient solutions for consumers.

**Job Summary: ** The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Required:** Active drivers license for site visits.

**Compensation:** A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

+ Assist market manager in all operational aspects of assigned locations

+ Assists in implementation of new location or locations that need assistance

+ Will be rotating between site visits all day at each location

+ Complete site surveys with clients as needed to ensure sites and schedules are up to date.

+ Monday morning, assist in the coordination of load-out and ensuring everyone has assigned orders on a daily basis.

+ Identify, escalate and execute on management-approved opportunities for increased productivity for the territory

+ Builds company image within market by collaborating with carrier partners, customers and management

+ Coordinator with warehouse management on route needs by day to account for home delivery and retail demands

+ Driver/Installer residential home delivery ride behind audits

+ Coordination with on site scheduling and routing by day

+ This includes timely return of phone calls, emails, and customer, partner and internal inquiries

+ Creates a positive and professional work environment and leads by example
