    In this finance role, as a Commercial Sales Manager you

    will work on exciting and challenging opportunities in a highly motivated,

    cross functional team. You will be managing all commercial and financial

    aspects throughout the whole sales and bid process and be responsible to

    produce sophisticated bids from a commercial point of view for our Grid

    Solutions projects.

    Manger, Bid Manager, and the Sales Manager is key for the overall success!

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    + Reviewcustomer requirements and take the lead on all commercial aspects such asbid specific terms and conditions, tax and currency concepts, importduties, credit risk management, financial securities (letters ofcredit/bank guarantees), terms of payments, cashflow analysis, andinsurances, all the way to bid submission and post bid follow ups.

    + Partnerwith technical sales and bid manager to develop a winning strategy andensure accurate cost and pricing calculations with the proposal team.

    + Ensureadherence to internal rules and guidelines including Limits of Authority(LoA), New Collaboration Model (NCM), FRG, tax, trade finance, andcurrency guidelines.

    + Supportdefinition of efficient business models and contract structures (e.g.,ZRG, NCM) and assist during contract negotiations including project termsand conditions.

    + Prepareand present bids during the LoA process according to required escalationlevels, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) foraccurate order intake and revenue recognition.

    + Buildpositive relationships with internal and external partners includingmanagement, finance, legal, insurance, tax, and customers, and supportproject handover to execution for timely order booking and successfulexecution.

    What You Bring

    + BS/BAdegree or in higher finance, business administration or related field, orequivalent work experience required.

    + 5+years of experience working in commercial sales or commercial projectmanagement role.

    + Experiencewithin contract negotiations, commercial project management and financialproject controlling, or cost estimations.

    + Strongwriting, presentation & meeting facilitation skills. Excellentcommunications skills; able to clearly and concisely express information& requirements through writing, speaking and presentations.

    + Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.

    + Resilienceand positive attitude when working under pressure, due to multiple bidassignments with varying degree of complexity and deadlines.

    + Workedin international projects and with intercultural and cross functionalteams.

    + Requiredamount of travel around 10%-15%.
