Responsibilities

+ Conduct thorough Environmental Testing to ensure product durability and compliance with industry standards.

+ Perform detailed Hardware Functional Testing to verify the performance and functionality of electronic components.

+ Utilize Circuit Debugging techniques to identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently.

+ Execute EMI/EMC Testing to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and adherence to regulatory requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and performance.

+ Develop and implement testing protocols to streamline the quality assurance process.

+ Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

+ Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and outcomes for future reference.

+ Ensure all hardware electronic equipment meets the required industry standards and specifications.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing methodologies.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

+ Support the Billing & Revenue Management domain by ensuring accurate and reliable hardware performance.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong background in Environmental Testing and Hardware Functional Testing.

+ Demonstrate expertise in Circuit Debugging and EMI/EMC Testing.

+ Have a solid understanding of Industry Essentials and Billing & Revenue Management.

+ Exhibit proficiency in handling hardware electronic equipment.

+ Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Display effective communication and collaboration abilities.
