    Job Summary

    Adecco is hiring full-time **Head Start Teachers** in the Detroit metro area. This is a direct-hire opportunity to work in a nurturing early childhood education environment. The ideal candidate will deliver developmentally appropriate instruction for children ages **birth to five** , while promoting family engagement and supporting educational milestones.

    Responsibilities

    + Establish a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

    + Deliver structured instruction aligned with early learning standards

    + Design and implement individualized lesson plans, including accommodations for children with IEPs/IFSPs

    + Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences to build strong family connections

    + Monitor child progress through observational assessments and documentation

    + Support children’s social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development

    + Maintain regulatory compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and local licensing

    + Ensure daily classroom health and safety procedures are followed

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in **Early Childhood Education** , Child Development, or related field

    + Minimum of two years’ experience working with preschool-aged children

    + Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication

    + Familiarity with lesson planning and early learning assessments

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliable transportation
