    Maxim’s applied behavioral analysis (ABA) care is offered in home, school or community-based environments. Our behavioral care uses a flexible, empathy-based approach consisting of psychological, educational and developmental techniques specifically tailored to the needs of the child.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy tailored to local market needs

    + Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including healthcare facilities, physician groups, insurance payors, and case management teams

    + Spend 80% of your time in the field engaging with customers and promoting services

    + Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business strategy with service capabilities

    + Analyze customer needs and deliver customized proposals

    + Lead recruitment strategy and manage performance of the recruiting team

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, contracts, and company standards

    + May serve as Administrator where required by state regulations

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (RN license also accepted)

    + Minimum 2 years of business development experience in healthcare or related field

    + Strong public speaking and customer service skills

    + Self-motivated, creative, and independent thinker

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

    + Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (10% overnight travel)

    Compensation:

    + Base Salary of $55,000 annually, plus commission and additional cost of living adjustment of $5,000 annually
