VCA All About Pets Animal Hospital, located in **Golden Valley, Minnesota** , is seeking a full-time **Associate Veterinarian** to join our growing team! We are a **fast-paced** hospital with a **recently remodeled facility** , providing an upgraded, modern environment to practice top-quality medicine.
Our well-trained and supportive staff—including VAs, technicians, and CSRs—fosters a fun, collaborative culture with **no cliques** and a true sense of teamwork. Our doctors bring over **40 years of combined experience** , creating a highly knowledgeable and supportive environment, ideal for both seasoned veterinarians and those newer to the profession.
We serve a diverse client base and partner closely with the local humane society, which allows new associates to quickly build their clientele while providing care to pets in need.
**Golden Valley** is one of the most desirable communities in the Twin Cities metro area. Conveniently located just five miles west of downtown Minneapolis, Golden Valley offers award-winning schools, scenic parks, and nature areas—all with quick access to big-city amenities.
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling with either **four 10-hour shifts or three 10-hour shifts** per week to qualify as full-time. Doctors rotate **1–2 Saturdays per month** (hospital hours on Saturday are **8 a.m.–1 p.m.** ), with no after-hours or on-call shifts required.
Cases
Our hospital provides comprehensive care for cats and dogs, including:
+ Digital full-body and dental radiography
+ Ultrasound
+ Wellness and preventive care
+ Internal medicine
+ Soft tissue surgery and dentistry
We see a wide variety of cases and collaborate closely with local specialists when advanced care is needed, allowing our doctors the opportunity to grow their skills and work up diverse and challenging cases in-house.

_Total Rewards_
As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:
Compensation
+ Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $130,000. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week. Further salary discussions outside of pay band can be discussed.
+ This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

_Qualifications_
+ A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
+ Licensure in good standing to practice in (MN), or the ability to obtain
+ A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
