Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing analytics around schedule management and building tools for tracking and managing the procurement process. You will work in a relaxed and collaborative environment that offers opportunities for learning and development. This is a fully remote position, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
+ Approve project and work breakdown structures.
+ Review and approve documentation of business processes.
+ Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs, and offer solutions for potential budget overruns.
+ Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, clients, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
+ Prepare sub-agreements and review/input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with Power Platform: Power App and Power Automate.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with JavaScript.
+ 8-10 years of experience in business relationship, analysis, business analytics, and project management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field is required.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production.
+ Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
+ Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with a standard core workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday. The position encourages autonomy and independent work in a relaxed, collaborative environment. The team has strong expertise in the Power Platform, providing ample opportunities for learning and development.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
