Job Title: Office Services AssociateJob Description
The Office Services Associate acts as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing professional, welcoming, and efficient service. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating with internal teams, and offering concierge support to ensure smooth front-of-house activities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage incoming calls, visitor sign-ins, and general inquiries at the front desk.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless front-of-house operations.
+ Offer tailored assistance to clients and employees, including booking services, providing directions, and amenities.
+ Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
+ Send service distribution messages to designated distribution lists and follow up with phone calls related to processing feedback.
+ Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shared spaces throughout the day.
+ Stock snacks and refreshments, and unload and load the dishwasher.
+ Check and sort incoming mail, order and restock office supplies using web-based systems.
+ Ensure adequate paper supply for copiers and printers.
+ Utilize laptops and Outlook/web-based systems for communication and task tracking.
+ Troubleshoot basic office technology issues, such as printers and connectivity.
+ Support office staff with various administrative tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or related role.
+ GED or equivalent educational background .
+ Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools.
+ Familiarity with web-based systems and navigation.
Work Environment
You will assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department, utilizing technology such as laptops, Outlook, and web-based systems for communication and task tracking.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
