    **Shift:** 24hrs/wk - Days

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + Answers phone calls. Schedule appointments, and answer patients’ questions.

    + Obtain prior authorizations for sleep studies. Informs referring providers of any missing documentation.

    + Must be CPR certified.

    + Completes other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications

    + Healthcare office experience

    + CPR Certified

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working in a sleep lab

    + Registered Polysomnographic Technologist

    + Experience obtaining authorizations

    + Epic experience
