Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Manager to join our rapidly expanding Logistics Security Division. We provide top-tier security solutions to logistics facilities across the United States, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our clients' operations.

This salaried leadership position reports directly to a Performance Manager and oversees a team of security officers and shift supervisors dedicated to maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ On-Site Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage security personnel assigned to the facility.

+ Client Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison for client management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with security objectives.

+ Talent Management: Lead hiring, supervision, training, and development of all security personnel, ensuring peak performance and professional growth.

+ Performance & Compliance: Achieve and exceed key performance metrics set by both Metro One and the client, ensuring compliance with all policies and operational standards.

+ Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, workforce quality, expense control, and report accuracy to optimize security functions.

+ Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear, effective communication with Metro One management and client stakeholders to drive seamless operations.

+ Incident Management: Lead emergency response initiatives, resolve security incidents, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

+ Asset & Equipment Oversight: Ensure all security vehicles, patrol equipment, and technology are well-maintained and operational.

+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security systems, technology, and reporting software.
