    Description

    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Lead the development and implementation of Strategic Action Plans with the Final Assembly Engineering Leadership Team, aligning FAE objectives with overall company goals.

    • Complete necessary updates for the FAE Department Control Center (DCC) and Global Manufacturing Engineering Business Control Center (BCC).

    o Develop standardized performance to objectives review cadence and process across FAE.

    o Ensure BCC rooms are updated and accurate.

    • Lead key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely completion.

    Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the FAE organization.

    o Identify opportunities for cross-organizational synergies and commonization of processes and standards

    • Prepare presentations for leadership reviews and ensure timely filing or all required documentation.

    o Bowler Charts

    o Monthly Reviews

    o Industrial System Quality Review Material

    • Facilitate effective decision-making processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between the FAE organization and other departments, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.

    • Foster teamwork and collaboration between FAE and organizational business management and administrative teams.

    Communication & Stakeholder Management:

    • Develop, maintain, and present agendas around several key meetings / reviews to align FAE leadership and ensure preparation and participation for key Ford Executive Leadership Team Reviews.

    • Maintain Time & Data Management for all FAE Chief and Managers

    • Develop and implement communication plans to keep the GME organization informed and engaged.

    o Maintain FAE Quality Newsletter

    o Enhance cross-organizational communication flow

    o Maintain and enhance FAE Homepage

    • Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for the FAE Leadership Team and leaders.

    • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for FAE Townhalls and FAE Leadership Offsites

    • Represent the FAE organization and leaders in meetings and forums when requested, managing relationships with key external stakeholders.

    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

    • Develop internal and external communications strategies

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and handling correspondence.

    • Develop communication materials and implement strategies to keep the FAE organization informed and engaged through internal and external (BlueOval Now, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • Write finance requisitions, approve orders, maintain timecards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • BSc, Engineering OR a related field

    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing

    • Proven experience in project management and process improvement

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software applications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.04/hr.
