Vascular Imaging Support Specialist – Join a Mission That Matters
Schedule: Flexible — Part-time or Full-time
Compensation: $50–$55/hour (based on experience)

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about supporting high-quality patient care? We’re looking for a motivated Vascular Imaging Support Specialist to help streamline operations and provide essential assistance across multiple clinic locations. You'll be a key player behind the scenes—ensuring imaging procedures run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
+ Set the stage for imaging excellence by preparing rooms and equipment for vascular procedures.
+ Work alongside credentialed technologists to assist with:
+ Patient intake
+ Documentation
+ Workflow coordination
+ Manage imaging data with care—label, upload, and securely transfer to interpreting physicians.
+ Keep equipment logs accurate and up-to-date; ensure maintenance and safety standards are consistently met.
+ Coordinate scheduling and patient flow to maintain seamless operations across multiple clinics.
+ Support quality assurance initiatives and uphold IAC compliance standards.

+ Comfort with vascular terminology and imaging workflows
+ Strong organizational skills with a talent for multitasking
+ Excellent communicator with a team-focused mindset
+ Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
+ Note: This role does not involve performing or interpreting diagnostic testing or clinical care.
Experience Level
Intermediate-level candidates preferred—ideal for those looking to grow within a medical imaging environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
