    This position involves working in an industrial laboratory setting to test specimens and perform tests according to standard procedures, ensuring high-quality test reports are generated. The role also requires collaboration with production and engineering staff to troubleshoot non-conforming products.

    Responsibilities

    + Test specimens and perform tests according to standard procedures.

    + Generate high-quality test reports.

    + Work with production and engineering staff to troubleshoot non-conforming products.

    Essential Skills

    + Wire Testing

    + Mechanical Testing

    + Chemical Testing

    + Experience working with lab equipment for mechanical, thermal, or chemical testing

    + Solidworks

    + Molding

    + Elastomers

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read and interpret industry test standards.

    + Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures for lab equipment.

    + Perform tasks in a timely manner.

    + Maintain clean and efficient lab workspaces.

    + Recognize changes in trends across various tests and projects.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in an industrial laboratory, where you will be working with various lab equipment for mechanical, thermal, or chemical testing.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
