    Responsibilities

    + Manage inbound calls from patients and doctor's offices.

    + Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers.

    + Participate in outbound calling as required by patient or client situations.

    + Maintain accurate data entry and processing for samples and calls.

    + Assist and train in the medical lab

    Skills Required

    + High School Diploma

    + Experience with phone call handling

    + Experience in sample collection and processing

    + Customer service skills

     

    Work EnvironmentShift Timings- Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, and Thursday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with weekends off. The first week of training is Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm.     The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
