Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Sr Software Engineer, where you will leverage your extensive experience in software engineering, data engineering, or data science to design and develop high-performance applications. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

+ Architect, design, and develop web services.

+ Utilize PostgreSQL for database design and management.

+ Work with AWS and specific AWS tools to enhance application performance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Essential Skills

+ 10 years of combined experience in software engineering, data engineering, or data science.

+ Proficiency in Python and Java for backend development.

+ Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, and TypeScript.

+ Strong understanding of SQL and database management.

+ Familiarity with AWS tools and environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics.

+ Experience with large language models or data science tools like Numpy and R is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in the T-Rex building, located in Downtown St. Louis, MO. The work environment is collaborative, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $155000.00/yr.

- 3 weeks PTO (4 weeks if needed), -40 hour balance of PTO available as well. 11 paid holidays, 5 of the 11 are floating that employees can work and bank as a PTO day down the road. 401k match up to 4% and vested immediately.
