• Structural Engineer – Shape What Comes Next

We’re seeking a visionary Structural Engineer to join our expanding team. You'll take the lead on projects ranging from high-end custom residences to innovative structural solutions for specialty fabricators. From the first site walk to construction close-out, your work will leave a lasting imprint.

What You’ll Tackle

+ Conduct site evaluations and field assessments to inform design strategy.

+ Perform structural analysis and create tailored solutions for:

+ Custom single-family residences

+ Building renovations & structural repairs

+ Ground-up new construction

+ Specialty engineering for steel fabricators

+ Draft detailed structural designs and documents using AutoCAD.

+ Participate in inspections and construction phase observations to ensure integrity and compliance.

+ Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers—you’ll be the technical guide across every phase.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis).

+ 1–4 years of experience in structural engineering.

+ Strong command of AutoCAD and drawing production.

+ Hands-on experience designing with:

+ Structural steel & cold-formed steel

+ Masonry, engineered lumber, and commodity lumber

+ Aluminum, concrete foundations, retaining walls

+ Comfortable with job-site evaluations and construction observations.

+ Excellent communicator—adaptable, clear, and confident across teams.

• Extra Skills That Stand Out

+ EIT certification (preferred)

+ Familiarity with analysis tools like RISA 3D and RAM

+ Advanced degree or additional certifications in structural engineering

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
