Description

+ Identify hazards and eliminating or coordination of mitigating hazards utilizing hierarchy of controls

+ Make frequent tours of the worksite observing work processes and procedures while engaging employees, correcting safety deficiencies, and coaching

+ Create daily safety reports documenting observations and noting any actions to be corrected

+ Inspect and audit JSAs

+ Perform monthly audit such as, Rigging Inspection, Fall Protection Inspection, Assured Grounding Inspection, Temporary Power GFCI Inspection, and ARC Flash PPE Inspection

+ Produce weekly Toolbox Topics relevant to jobsite's activities

Strong interpersonal, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills

Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and active listening

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
