    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Payroll and Tax Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth experience using ADP GlobalView. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and maintaining compliance with both U.S. and international tax laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as SME for payroll and tax processes on the ADP GlobalView platform.

    + Support payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and tax compliance.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.

    + Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and maintaining documentation.

    Required Skills:

    + Strong expertise in payroll and tax compliance.

    + Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView.

    + Solid understanding of U.S. and global payroll regulations.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Must be willing to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
