    A large dealership in Frisco, Texas is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team and oversee daily administrative and accounting operations within their dealership. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient office functions, accurate financial records, and compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and has a strong understanding of automotive dealership operations.   Benefits: * Paid training and development * Company-wide Meetings and Training opportunities * Employee discounts * Career growth opportunities * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid vacation and holidays * 401(k) with employer match   Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all dealership office functions including accounting, title work, and billing support * Supervise and manage office staff; provide training, performance feedback, and maintain team accountability * Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare monthly financial statements * Ensure timely processing of vehicle deals, funding, and titling * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording * Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (including DMV and tax agencies) * Prepare reports for upper management as needed * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information   Qualifications: Required: * Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK preferred, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar) * Strong knowledge with excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, data entry) * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to lead and manage a team effectively * High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Preferred: * Familiarity with dealership compliance laws and regulations
