A little about the position:
Job Summary
Applicant will work in the Quality Department ensuring extrusions parts have gone through a full Quality Check prior to being sent to our customers.
Some of What You Will Do:
+ Verify the work-order and box labels match the product manufactured.
+ Verify the details of the work-order to the product manufactured per manufacturing guidelines.
+ Verify workmanship of all products to comply with samples and guidelines.
+ Record inspection results, process quality paperwork and maintain quality records. Document any non-conformances/findings and notify quality leadership. Support in the root-cause investigation and resolution as required. Communicate observed quality trends back to team members at the defect source.
+ Verify all “add on product ”, as compliant to the specifications outlined on work-order.
+ Verify completeness and accuracy of all picked/assembled kits, per bill of material.
+ Maintain a good working knowledge of all departments and processes.
+ Observe all company safety rules.
+ Must maintain a professional attitude.
+ Work as a team player to accomplish all tasks.
+ Perform all tasks as assigned.
+ Maintain a productive workflow on inspection floor.
+ Maintain a clean and neat work area.
+ Maintain acceptable attendance per company policy.
+ Other tasks as may be assigned.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
+ P revious experience as a Quality Inspector or equivalent working experience.
+ The ability to use rulers/tape measures.
+ Basic capability to utilize a computer and basic Microsoft Office programs.
+ Understand basic math and geometry.
+ Ability to read basic
+ The ability to identify color variances.
+ Must be able to work overtime, when necessary,
+ Good communication skills, written and verbal.
+ Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours.
+ Must be able to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling (approximately 30 plus pounds).
+ High School diploma or GED required . College Associate degree or higher desired.
+ Reliable transportation
+ Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently.
+ Ability to work with one’s hands and be able to use hand tools such as drills and hammers.
+ Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-10 shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Reliable transportation
+ Ability to work overtime as needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
