**Pay Rate** :

$22.25/hr

**Sign on Bonus** :

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

**Retention Bonus** :

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

**Category/Shift** :

Hourly Full-Time 2nd Shift

The Job You Will Perform:

Responsibilities will include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ **Must be a qualified forklift driver**

+ Load and unload trailers efficiently and store in designated areas of warehouse.

+ Ability to move trailers in and out of dock doors safely.

+ Ability to safely and efficiently stack and unstack product at multiple heights.

+ Ability to use WITRON VMU for scanning.

+ Ability to learn office responsibilities.

+ Record number and type of defects for quality control purposes.

+ Count units, kits, etc. and compute total number of same.

+ Break down units, restack accurately and re-band correctly as needed.

+ Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure AIB standards are met.

+ Perform daily safety checks on forklifts.

Must be self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision

The Skills You Will Bring:

+ Counting and stacking finished product

+ Must be able to read a tape measure

+ Dependable

+ Forklift experience required

+ Yard Switcher experience required
