    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and oversee all aspects of chemical plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

    + Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve operational performance

    + Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

    + Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

    + Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)

    + Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the chemical manufacturing industry

    + In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations, process optimization, and safety protocols

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
