    As an R&D Engr/Scientist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, designing and executing experiments, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions in Renewable Fuels. You will work closely with a team of engineers and scientists to drive technological advancements and ensure the successful commercialization of new products.

     

    In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the generation of intellectual property, and support Honeywell's commitment to addressing global challenges through innovation.

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $114,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct research and development activities aligned with organizational goals and objectives

    + Design and conduct experiments, simulations, and analyses to drive the development of new technologies and products

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ideate, conceptualize, and prototype innovative solutions

    + Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality and safety protocols

    + Contribute to the development of strategies for successfully bringing R&D innovations to market

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

    + 2+ years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment

    + Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields

    + Demonstrated ability to drive technology commercialization is a plus
