Warehouse Associate – Medical Distribution | Denver, CO

Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our medical distribution team in Denver, CO. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of essential healthcare products nationwide. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack small medical orders using printed pick sheets

• Utilize RF scan guns to track inventory and ensure order accuracy

• Transport materials within the facility using a hand cart

• Maintain productivity levels of approximately 50 orders per hour after training

• Receive training on advanced equipment, including Cherry Pickers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting

• Experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferred: Familiarity with RF scanning, order picking, and packing processes

Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with potential to extend to 5:30 PM)

• Standard warehouse attire required

• Education verification will be conducted

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
