    Process Technician-Night Shift-$26/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician to deploy process technology aimed at minimizing process variation and optimizing the manufacturing of our products. This role involves improving machine efficiency through automation uptime and optimization, performing mold start-ups using plastic fundamentals, and maintaining process guidelines through cycle times, E-Darts, and clamp movement.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, troubleshoot, and remove End of Arm Tooling (EOAT).

    + Troubleshoot material mixers and assist in color/material changes.

    + Pull and understand FPI/SA paperwork and process variances.

    + Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective and safety equipment.

    + Engage actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives and promote 5S and Standardized Work (STW) activities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Troubleshooting skills in plastic, production, and mechanical repair.

    + Experience with mold and injection molding processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding desired for higher pay.

    + Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience preferred.

    + Experience in electrical troubleshooting is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large, spacious manufacturing environment that is non-climate controlled. Expect a hot plastic smell and a loud atmosphere. The schedule operates on a 2x2x3 basis with 12-hour shifts from 5 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 5 AM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
