    Required Education and Experience:

    + 10+ years supervisory experience in the industrial field; railroad preferred.

    + Class A CDL desired.

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred.​

     

    Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    + Work with project manager and site personnel to plan, organize and direct activities in order to complete various constructions projects.

    + Responsible for assigning resources, personnel, equipment, material, etc. to complete a project per the plans and specifications.

    + Oversees field personnel, schedules and construction operations.

    + Manage field operations and coordinates work with subcontractors.

    + May assist in other areas as directed by the project manager.

    + Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

    + Comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.

    Compentencies:

    + Communication Proficieny; Computer literacy a must.

    + Leadership; Personnel Management.

    + Mathematical Skills.

    + Mechanical Knowledge.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salaried position. Hours of work vary based on project needs.
