    Job Duties

    Responsibilities

    • Perform accounting, control, and reporting activities related to client and inter-company/inter-division invoices.

    • Ensure timely and efficient processing in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies.

    • Review and confirm supporting documentation during the invoicing process, including:

    • Signed contract (if necessary)

    • Sales order

    • Signed field ticket

    • Job log

    • Job summary

    • Signed work order

    • Validate invoice packets for completeness and readability.

    • Review and edit customer-required entries.

    • Create, review, edit, and validate billing documents for accuracy and completeness.

    • Submit invoices to customers according to their defined specifications.

    • Review billing due list and action items ready to be invoiced.

    • Monitor rejected invoices in the functional mailbox and resolve or escalate issues to Financial Supply Chain Management as needed.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.

    • 1–3 years of related experience in the field of accounting.

    • Commercial accounting and invoicing training preferred.

    • Entry-level position; suitable for candidates beginning their accounting careers.
