Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in producing components and complete assemblies by efficiently assembling various parts. Your basic understanding of manufacturing processes will ensure that everything is built to the proper specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Perform final assembly of Upright Reach-In Coolers, Milk Coolers, Beer Line Chillers, and Scientific Systems.

+ Understand mechanical drawings, brazing basics, and electrical schematics to track parts through the assembly line.

+ Maintain punctuality and attendance, as these are vital in this critical role.

+ Work hours are from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, and you will be expected to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines.

+ Receive training in multiple disciplines across the assembly domain.

+ Take instructions from any supervisor or manager in the absence of your immediate supervisor.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Proficiency in reading a tape measurer.

+ Skill in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in operating a shear is preferred.

Work Environment

Our facility is well-organized, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, work pants, and a t-shirt. Although the facility is not air-conditioned, it is cooled with fans to mitigate heat during the summer. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warminster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
