    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play an essential role in our production lines. Your primary responsibilities will include packaging raw patties into various bags and boxes, operating sealing and labeling machines, and placing finished boxes onto pallets. You will also be responsible for loading products into machines and supplying other lines with raw products by pushing totes.

    Responsibilities

    + Package raw patties into bags and boxes.

    + Operate sealing and labeling machines.

    + Place sealed boxes onto pallets.

    + Load products into machines.

    + Supply production lines by pushing totes of raw product.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of production packaging experience.

    + 1 year of visual inspection and documentation experience.

    + Ability to lift 30 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor and machine operation.

    + Proficiency in packaging processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Candidates will work on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM until finish, typically 3 AM, Monday through Saturday. The environment is a cooler/freezer setting with temperatures between 30-35 degrees. General Manufacturing Practices are enforced, prohibiting fake nails, nail polish, fake eyelashes, piercings, and jewelry.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
