Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch remodeling and maintenance services. As a family-owned general contracting company, we specialize in lawn and snow care for apartment complexes and carpentry work for small to mid-size commercial remodels. Transitioning from residential to primarily commercial projects, we are committed to delivering A+ quality service every day.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in lawn and snow care for apartment complexes.

+ Support carpentry tasks for commercial remodeling projects.

+ Utilize power tools and tape measures effectively.

+ Learn and adapt quickly under the guidance of a foreman.

+ Engage in landscaping and general construction activities.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using tape measures and power tools.

+ Ability to learn on the job and keep up with foreman's instructions.

+ Basic knowledge in landscaping and construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must possess a valid driver's license.

+ Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
